Brief Description: Deburr and cleco the rudder skin.
First order of the day was to deburr inside and outside holes on the rudder skin, then the rib flange holes inside and out. That took more time that expected but known to be worth it in the long run. I put the skin on and clecoed one side then began the opposite side and found that one of the ribs needed to be trimmed some more. Ended up taking the skin completely off and trimming the slightly out of shape rib. I put the skin back on and everything fit as perfect as it gets. We will be working Monday night placing rivets and wrapping this piece up!!!
