Drilled right flap skeleton to spar. Clecoed on bottom skin. match drilled the bottom skin to aft spar holes. No shims required. Match drilled the bottom ribs to skin. Marked the center of the hinge and cut to 57 inches. I will trim later as needed. Clamped the hinge in place and drilled on both flaps. Cut deburred and drilled the shims required for the top skins. Clecoed the top skins in place and match drilled the top first then the bottom.
