Removed flap top skins. Fabricated both FL-706A. Deburred and drilled to the plans. Deburred and bent both FL-706B. Clecoed in place and drilled FL-706 A+B to both flaps. Drilled hole for the beraring to 1/4 on the drill press. Removed bottom skins and clecoed hinge back on both flaps.
