While waiting to build the 4' x 8' construction table, I built a template for routing out the leading edge ribs. I'm pleased with how it turned out. It looks a little proud relative to the spar and bottom cap strips, but that's just the camera angle.
I'll use this template with a Freud flush trim upcut Spiral router bit for the profile and cut out the notches on the bandsaw.
