I started working on the rear wing spars today. I made up some radius blocks and cleaned/deburred some of the other pre-made parts. I still need to put a 1/8" radius on one edge of a few parts. I can do this with my router but I have had some trouble with chattering of the bit against the part in the past. So to fix that, I ordered a speed controller for my router. This will allow me to slow the bit speed down and eliminate the chatter. I also spent time looking over the plans to see how the rear spar goes together.

One attach plate needs to be shorter than the other, so I trimmed it.
Angle grinder and mini scotchbrite wheel I use to clean up the insides of large holes.
