Brief Description: Made jig for the leading edge and tank constructio
I looked thru my cabinet material bin and found 1/2" baltic birch plywood. Traced the leading edge ribs onto one of the supports and cut out on the bandsaw. Made the opening 1/2" larger than the rib itself, to allow for carpet protection. Had a reminant of carpet from a previous job an cut to install inside for protection. Used a furniture stapler to fasten to the jig. The attachment of the cutouts were attached to a 2 x 4. It allowed the jig to rock to an acceptable angle to work inside the leading edge.
