Brief Description: Front wind screen roll bar fit and drilling
Decided to test fit and drill the forward wind screen roll bar to the fuselage. Directions stated that shim where necessary. After test fitting, no shims are necessary, so I clamped in place and drilled the inbound holes to the upper forward longerons. I installed bolts and nuts in each hole as I drilled. All holes drilled went without any problems. Removed the bolts, deburred the holes in the fuselage and in the roll bar weldment. Set aside for later install as per instructions in the plans. Next is the instrument panel test fit.
