Brief Description: Rear bulkhead prep for paint and installation
Deburred all rear bulkhead parts for the rear turtle deck. Alodined, and painted. I temporarily installed all the parts to the fuselage for fit including the upper skin. The front rear seatback bulkhead was twisting when installed. I Called Vans for assistance. The Front Bulkhead area had to be spread 3/16" to straighten the front bulkhead. After the skin was attached and all clecoed on, I removed the 1x2 spreader board in the front and all stayed in alignment. Only problem I was conserned with was the canopy rails. Vans informed me all would be ok to spread the fuselage while installing the skin.
