Trimmed and clecoed the verticl stabilizer to the horizontal stabilizer. Used centering hole on rear hinge support on vertical to center on horizontal. Clecoed thru this centering hole. Marked bottom for 1/4" bolts thru the tail spring bracket. Drilled and installed the 1/4" bolts in tail spring mount location. Checked the the level of rear of vertical an also measured from the top of vertical in the same location on each side, to the tips of the Horizontal. Measurement was within a 64th. I check thru the hinges for the rudder to see it they were inline an level. The hinge line was within a 16th of an inch. Worked this area of the hinge line for several attemps to get closer. Was able to get to within 32nd of an inch. Clamped in place and drilled the upper bolt locations thru the elevator stop angle. Next, to set front to back of rear vertical to level.
