Brief Description:  Notching HS404 and drilling HS405

Still waiting on tools. I decided to notch the HS404 ribs. I used tin snips and the 6" wheel to get close to the line. worked great. I also marked and drilled the HS405 ribs. I took the advice to another builder and made the two center holes a little closer together to avoid the edge problem everyone keeps talking about.......I hope it works!!!!!!!

I did get my HS810 in the mail today and gave it another shot......worked alot better this time.....I found the best way to do these was meassure your taper then use a disk sander to sand down to the line followed up by the 6" scotch brite wheel. then use the disk sander again to round off the corners followed up by, you guessed it, scotch brite wheel........
