Brief Description: Oh boy!!! deburing......not the funnest thing to
Spent the evening deburring all of the ribs that make up the HS. I used the 6" scotch brite wheel, and the 1" wheel on the die grinder to get inside the flanges. For the little nook and cranies i used small strips of emery cloth. Seems to work pretty good. Had to order my dimple die kit from cleveland tools and some fluting pliers.
