July 4 2012 Continued.
One of the boxes I unpacked had the tail wheel, tire and Tail Wheel Caster Assembly. While waiting for Bill Starkey to show up to help put the wings on the hoist, I assembled the tail wheel and tire. After we got the wings off the floor and Bill left, I took some of the parts that won't be needed till later in the build into the house in an extra bedroom so they would not be damaged and cleared the only table that Bill left me to work on.
Section 1, Bulkhead Assembly Manual Ref: S1- 1.1 to 1.5
I read the first section in the Assembly Manual and gathered up all the parts for the Bulkhead Assembly. I then installed the first bolt into the channel bracket and connected it to the bulkhead lower cross tube which is the little swimmer into the egg and the conception of a Searey. This one will be named Reychel.
