It took me almost 3 hours to drive to the Valkaria Airport in Malabar, home of Recreational Mobility. The only full time Aventura and Searey LSX Distributor in the U.S. Jim Ratte has a reputation of building some of the best built and best looking Seareys in the U.S. and was one of the first to come up with a wiring harness for the Searey. The main reason I considered this kit instead just waiting for the one from P.A. was the professionally built and covered flying surfaces buy Jim Ratte. Like I said, I want a perfect Searey. After looking at the wings built for my kit, I looked at some of the other projects he and his partner was working on. I got some ideals that I will use on my kit. Like the wood shims to raise the luggage deck. He has come up with some mods that he sales like a hach mod for the back windows that let you swing up the back windows to get to the luggage area. I might get that too.
