I made my first battery to contactor wire using the Super 8 copper clad aluminum wire which is a 6 awg wire, the new wire PA is using. http://www.periheliondesign.com/fatwires.htm
Since I do not have crimpers for this size wire, I had to solder the wire to the lugs and cover with heat shrink tubing.
Right battery to right contactor, left battery to left contactor to 60 amp fuse holder to Dynon Shunt. The Power Run.
