Finally after days of rain, today was sunny and I was able to finish painting the tray. After it dried, I assembled it and installed on the airframe.
I had to move the rudder cables that was attached to the rudder peddles from the outside to the inside of the connectors to clear the lip of the vertical mounts.
I would change the design and bend that lip to the outside to clear the rudder cables.
