Brief Description: Drill holes on lower Cowling and hinge
Drill holes on lower cowling and the bottom wing of the hinge. As suggested by VANS I let the hinge drift up toward the rear for easier installation of the upper cowl. Deburr the drill holes on the lower wing of the hinge. Reinstall the hinge. Cut a small opening on both side of the cowl for the hinge pin (0.090) and test the location of the hing pin eyelet on the cowl. I decided to use the eyelet instead of the steel tab.
