The filer plates are attached to the rear bulkhead using plate nuts and screws. For security they also attach to the spinner perpendicular to the bulk head by a thin backing plate that is riveted to the cover plate and screwed to the spinner. This way the cover plate is secured on two sides; the bulkhead to filler plate holes will be drilled later (see pictures). Because of the curvature of the spinner this is a small rectangular aluminum piece that that goes between the spinner and the backing plate. Today I made these two pieces, drilled the rivet holes and fitted it to the spinner.
