Brief Description: Filler plate, wing jack, sanding lower cowling

Worked more on the filler plates, sanded the lower cowling after doing spot repairs. Cut the pipe reducer cup for the second jack. Tomorrow (10-2-13) I will clean the hangar; badly needed.
