Brief Description: Install Door Latch and Air Inlet on Air Box
Cleco the VA-199B Door latch to the VA-199A Air Inlet and final drill #40. Machine countersink these holes on the down side of the Air Inlet so it will sit flat against the Air Box. Machine coiuntersink the two nutplate attach holes on the top side of the Air Inlet (drilled 5/23/08). Rivet the VA-199B Door Latch to the VA-199A Air Inlet. Add hi-temp gasketing Silicone to the mating surface of the VA-199A Air Inlet and cleco and rivet to the Air Box. Rivet nutplate (pivot point for door) to the Air Box. Temporarily install door and check operation, all is OK.
