Re-check the location of the screw holes that attach the C-762 Canopy Slide Rail to the Fuselage. Two holes have been drilled previously to fit the canopy. Drill the remaining 3 holes to #40 between the predilled holes using the drill press. Cleco the C-762 to the fuselage and drill the remaining 3 holes in the fuselage skin using the C-762 as a guide. Enlarge each hole in C-762 and the the fuselage skin to #28 for the AN507-6R10 screws. I had to do this one at a time, making sure that the clecos keep the Slide Rail in alignment. Deburr the holes. Countersink the screw holes in the C-762 Canopy Slide Rail. For final assembly I will have to use AN507-6R12 screws. The screws recommended by the plans are too short for comfort especially the front one.
