Drill the two holes to fasten the WD-644 Canopy Rollers to the WD-640 Canopy Frame. This took a lot of careful measurements to locate the holes and to properly align the rollers to the roller track (used a small aluminum wedge to align the rollers with the roller track) and to make sure the screws are in the desired position. I started the holes using #30 drill bit and than enlarged the holes gradually to #12. Install temporarily the AN525-10R18 Screws. This job turned out pretty good even though I was somewhat worried about the outcome.
