Took the windscreen offf and enlarged the screw holes on the plaxiglas to 3/16". I feel this will give me a better clearance for temperature expansion. Reinstall the windscreen and check for fit. I also decided to use tinnerman washers for the same reason as above (temerature expansion). This will give me a larger area of contact between the screws and the plexiglas. Remove the windscreen and store for later installation. The fit is great.
