Check that the Roll Bar is square to the fuselage longerons. I had to use shims to square the Roll Bar. Cleco the F-7106 forward top skin and insert the forward end of the Wd-643-SS Roll Bar Brace through the pre-punched slot in the F-7106 forward top skin. The tab of the roll bar brace fits between the F-7108A Rib and the F-7108B Angle. I used the tab of the roll bar barce to pry the rib and the angle apart. This works as long as one sands off all the bumps along the edges of the tab. I trimed the upper/aft end of Wd-643-SS to mate with the receptacle in Wd-641. Clamp the tube in place and drill a 1/4" hole through it's upper end joining the roll bar. Used the pre-punched hole in the F-7108 rib as guides to drill two 3/16" holes through the plate in the Wd-643-SS lower end. Removeed WD-643-SS, deburr, and trimed the bottom of the roll bar brace to leave 3/8" edge distance. Install bolts/nuts/washers to hold the roll bar in place for further fitting.
