Installed the rotor bar onto the rotor head. I needed to shim the bar to prevent side-to-side motion. I reduced the shims to .044" for a perfect fit and reassembled the head and install it on the pitch & roll part.
I installed the walking bar fixture and tightened the bolts to prevent movement out of parallel. Installed the lower and upper control rods. The measurement on the head were 2 degree right and 8.7 degrees rear.
Installed the pilot seat to ensure cyclic stick travel was acceptable. All was ok.
Reattached the trim spring cables and the rotor brake cable.
