Refer to drawing S01-320-0004. Located the Press-In Captive Stud (McMaster-Carr #93580A199) and the Rotor Brake Lever (S01-320-4039-01).
Make sure the hole for the captive stud is not oversize. Mix up a small amount of Magnolia #6155 adhesive and apply to the area near the head of the stud. Using an arbor press or similar tool, press the captive stud into the middle hole of the brake lever. Ensure that the stud is fully seated. Wipe off any excess adhesive and set aside to dry.
