Prepared the seat rails for installation. I found the bolt locations in the seat were too close to the "L" bracket and interferred. So I moved them inboard.
I am not a real fan of this simple design because installing the 'pin' in the seat rails is very difficult on the rear outboard sides because of lack of clearance and the location of the rail under the seat.
