Installed fuel cell drains. I used teflon tape between the drain and fitting. I opened the hole in the bottom of the fuel tank just enough so the fitting would thread itself instead of slide into the hole. I added ProSeal to the drain, threaded it into the fuel tank, added Proseal around the fitting and 'buttered' the washer and screwed on the nut and Proseal around the entire assembly.
