Start with some brainwork, how to turn the wing without damaging anything. The wing is big, but pretty weak without skins on both sides. I placed two 35 cm high wooden blocks on the bench, under the main spar. This made it possible to rotate wing a 1/4 turn. Stop for a while and adjust. And turn another 1/4 turn. I used some pieces of styrofoam as protection under skin and ribs. Test mounted upper skin with some clecos, and start fabricate wood-spacers to replace styrofoam. I use 3 spacers on each spar, height 150 mm. It is quite easy to cut this 2 by 5 inch to equal heiht, with a good mitre saw. 2 long screws fixed the 2 parts together.
