Brief Description: Trim Servo Reinforcement Angles
Cut 2 "L" angles to serve as the trim tab servo mount stiffeners. Noted that the 265 mm length specfied on drawing is way too long. The actual length that fits between the front aileron web and the trim tab channel is closer to 217 mm.
Another apparent error in the drawing is the 145mm distance from the hinge centerline to the front of the servo. I laid out and drilled the rivet lines to this dimension and discovered that the front 2 servo mounting holes actually went through the top flange of the aileron web. This will require some creative fabrication of the reinforcement angles and corresponding modification of the aileron flange to allow proper attachment.
