Picked up six hinges tody from Houston Hinge: Four 6-footers for trim tab and ailersons (and an extra) and two 8-footers. They did not have the 0.040" X 1-1/2" with 0.090" pin in 8' lengths for the flaps so I bumped these up to 0.060" X 1-1/2" with a 1/8" pin. Consulted with Caleb at ZAC who indicated this should be fine.
Cut and formed the 6T6-6 Horn Angle from 0.063". Mated to trim tab to verify fit. Simple part but a bit tedious.
