Brief Description:  Stablizider Center Section and Trim Tab

Since my angle drill adapter is more like an 80 degree bend it would not work for drilling the horn doubler to the web bracket. Plan "B" was to trace the edges of the brkt onto the doubler, disassemble, locate and drill two 1/8"holes in doubler, reassemble, mark hole locations on brkt, disassemble, match marks, clamp and drill brkt. When reassembled to stabilizer the pieces fit like a charm.

Drilled center horizontal subassembly to final size. Note 6 holes instead of 5 on the right side; had a brain fart while laying out spacing. No structural rules violated but sure feel silly making mistakes like that.

Used Larry's bend line sheet to calculate the bend locations on the trim tab. Using 0.020" my lines came out at 18.5, 37.5 and 95.5mm (rounded to nearest 0.5mm) with a developed length of 162.5. Made a test strip with these dimensions and profile matched drawing.
