Located center lines and rivet lines on the tip ribs and mating stab end ribs. Spaced 4 holes on tip ribs 18mm apart and pilot drilled. With C.L.'s of end rib and tip rib co-linear match drilled right end rib to tip rib. Measured distace from work bench to aft C.L. of tip rib and transfered this distance to left tip rib.
Made final modifcations to FTT's by flattening edges on belt sander to ensure the entire perimeter is on the same plane. Heated each rib (again) and formed the nose of each around the stab end rib form block to get the best fit possible.
