Rough cut with hack saw and band saw. Made 90 degree bends by clamping each blank in vice between 2 pieces of hardwood then striking with mallet. Made final measurements from outside faces to ensure accurate post-bend flange sizes and hole locations. Will drill cable hoes when I confirm locations relative to the hinge pin line.
