Using a hacksaw I cut off a section of the 0.090" plate large enough to lay out the evelator horns. Used exagerated developed lengths to ensure oversized rough profiles which will be netted down to spec after making the 90 degree bends. Final Z-axis heights of the hole/R10 centers (90mm and 24mm respectively) will also be finalized after bending.
