Brief Description: Trailing Edge and Rear/Bottom Holes
Made initial trailing edge bend on the brake then flattened the radius down to 3mm (measured 6mm insided diameter at each end). Inserted center channel assembly and other 4 ribs over the pre-drilled rib lines then match drilled through web into fronts of each rib followed by drilling the bottoms. With elevator face down I placed a square against top front flange bend to establish the cut line to remove the excess material. Layed straight edge over marks then Olfa-scored a straight line where excess easily bent off. Resulting top skin measures 344mm from front front edge to nose of trailing edge - 1mm short of design intent.
