Looking at photos from ZAC and other builders it seems very confined inside the elevator skin once the trailing edge is bent. For this reason I decided to clean and prime the rib lines while access is easy. Taped off rivet holes and end edges on exterior then brushed on a coat of Clean Metal Primer.
