Layed out rivet locations for the doubler, ribs and shim. Center-punched then drilled holes in spar. Match drilled holes in doublers and shim. Added radius to top, front edge of attachment plate to fit snugly into doubler radius the marked vertical rivet lines. Will back-drill the center-line holes at the doubler intersections then drill the remaining holes through the locations drawn on the attachment face.
Funny how such a brief description of today's work accounts for such a big block of build time. Often it's the thinking, planning and laying out that consumes more time than the actual manufacturing or building.
