Brief Description: Complete Nose Skin & Prep Rudder Parts
Removed nose skin and trimmed edges 10mm from rivet line using Olfa knife and straight edge. Rough-trimmed contour around top followed by making a smooth, planar surface with the belt sander. Smoothed all edges with deburring tool and file. Removed skin from frame, disassembled frame and deburred all holes in each part. Set up a cleaning station using a flourescent light fixture cover on saw horses. Used Simple Green and 3M pad to remove all dirt, oil and ink from each part.
