Between last night and tonight I finished locating and drilling all of the rudder rivet holes to their finished size. The nose rib rivets are on a line that extends from the #3 rib rivet line (perpendicular to the spar line) with end hole locations marked at 22mm and 230mm from the spar line as defined in the Asm Gde. I actully extended the tip location slightly to ensure missing the end crimp with a resulting pitch of approx. 42mm.
Tip: Place a thin piece of plastic (shown in Image 1) between the rib and skin and drill only the skin. This allows you to view the rivet lines drawn on the rib rather than drilling the rib blind. Having the "squaring block" attached to the rib simplifies any repositioning of the rib that may be required.
When positioning the nose skin for drilling along the spar line I applied sufficient force down on the nose to cause the nose rib to sag down slightly, placing the rib line below the skin line. Pushing up on the wood block I was able to bring the lines into view through the skin holes with the extra benefit of pulling the nose skin tight around the rib so there was minimal slack to take up and no gapping between the rib and skin.
