Did some final tweeking on the 15 and 27 degree angles before removing material outside of profile layout using bandsaw with new 6-TPI blade. Used 3/4" spindle sander to round out the inside radii. Used both belt sanders on straight edges followed by fine tuning of each edge/radius with files, sand paper and Scotch-Brite pad. Drilled the two 3/16" horn holes and 1/4" bearing hole on drill press. The edge distance radii on the horn holes are exactly R10 and exceed the R8 specifed for the bearing hole.
The finished part came out even better than my original expectations.
