Cut blank for part 65T4-7 rib from 0.020" sheet. Marked out rib profile using bend line dimensions then bent rib on brake. I centered the 1/4" relief hole on the flange bend line intersection like the photo of the factory parts shown on page 1 of the Photo Assembly Guide. The the drawing shows a radius relief that is tangent to the flange edges. According to CS #307 either relief method is acceptable.
