Decided to make hinge covers for the doors so the McMaster Carr seals I will be using can seal all around the door. Fabricated small .040 aluminum covers and bonded in place with epoxy. Will now, finish interior side with epoxy mixed with fairing filler to provide a smooth paintable surface.
Made final trim for air vent screens in side panels. Drilled forward attach points and installed K1000-6 nutplates in aft door pillar. Drilled upper baggae door cover #40 then final drilled #36. Tapped for 6-32 screw.
