Brief Description: Panel support and Alternate Door attachment
Started sanding old interior paint job to prepare for repainting.
Completed trimming right panel penetration support for instrument sub-panel.
Removed lower panel sidewall attachments from aircraft and drilled for floating nutplates. Countersunk rivet holes for flush rivets.
To ease installation of door hinges with overhead console installed, I will be using nutplates. Cut a section of .063" 2024T3 sheet to fit inside reccesses. Match drilled hinge #12 hole pattern in place. Marked and drilled plates for MS21051-L3 nutplates. Countersunk for flush rivets.
