Cut Parabeam cloth to size and masked door opening in preparation for door bonding
With the help of John Goodman (RV10), Jerry Esquenazi (RV8) and Dane Patterson (RV8), the left and right doors were bonded together via following steps.
Wet down both inner and outer mating surfaces with epoxy. Wet out the parabeam cloths. Covered both mating surfaces with an epoxy mixture thicked with Cab-o-sil. and then clecoed/clamped/strapped and weighted door halves to cabin cover.
