Marked open holes on fuselage and then clecoed doors in place. Extended fuselage marks to doors and match drilled #40. Clecoed each after drilling. Duck taped doors tightly to cabin cover. Then match drilled all holes around window opening #40. Removed both doors from cabin cover and seperated door shells. Centered gas strut attach doublers on aft hinge point. Match drilled #30 and then removed and deburred. Sanded doubler and door shell with 80 grit sand paper. Cleaned dust from parts. Mixed epoxy with Cab-o-sil to non-pourable mixture and bonded doubler in place. Left overnight to cure.
Had a little time left, so I pulled the VS out of storage and started installing the Vor/Loc/GS antenna. Made initial marks and trimmed. Antenna fits in opening but interferes with rudder. Need to decide if I want to angle in downward or make cut deeper into VS.
