Built new fuselage cradle. Wasn't happy with holes in left longeron and how they lined up with door sill. Remaid from new stock left longeron. Bent according to template. Match drilled first three holes from template and finished match drilling using F-1015c mid cabin deck.
Fabricated the F-1070A+B skin roll braces.
Cut the two baggage door seal angles from stock. Clecoed seat back brace, gusset and left longeron together. Offset F-10102a door seal by 1/16" and clamped in place. Match drilled #30 the common holes. Butted F-10102b against F-10102a and clamped in place offset by 1/16". Match drilled six common holes and remaining holes in the parts.
Drew a line 3/8" below longeron on baggage door seals.
