Finished riveting spar carry-thru to bottom skins with Steve's help. Riveted F-1004k to bottom skin and left side bulkhead.
Installed front floor and gear mounts. The gear mounts took two hours and the help of Jon Abarr to get them bolted in place. Despite the fact that they were match drilled earlier, it was very difficult to get them in their proper location. Very close tolerance fit with remaining fuselage structure in place.
Once in place, match drilled #30 then final #12 the forward support to floor structure. Place spacers between gear maount and F-1004k, then clecoed skin in place and match drilled through all parts the four holes in the skin.
Removed gear mounts, another hour+ project! Deburred all drilled holes and then match drilled the nutplates for the forward gear mount and riveted same in place.
