Cut two pieces on stock AA6 into 5 5/8" lengths. Marked centerline per instructions and clamped to F-1004A center section bulkhead. Match drilled #30, then marked and removed for deburring.
Clecoed together and match drilled common holes of mid-seat rail supports. Match drilled nutplate holes #40 and screw holes #19. Drilled and countersunk nutplate holes on L+R center section bulkheads.
Clecoed mid-seat rail supports and F-1004C-L+R bulkheads to F-1004A bulkhead. Match drilled #30 holes common to all parts. Match drilled #12 the holes common to F-1004 E+F bars and seat rail supports and center section bulkheads.
Checked dimensions on center section per instructions on 25-3 step 1-- no trimming necessary.
