Clecoed A-1005L rib to spar. Match drilled #40 the two indicated holes. Then clecoed outboard hinge bracket and match drilled #30 the center hole. Using this new hole, match drilled 3/16" the upper and lower holes for AN3 hardware. Removed hinge and deburred same, countersunk the two underlying holes.
Clecoed A-1005R rib to spar. Match drilled #40 the four holes as indicated. Clecoed the inboard hinge and match drilled 3/16" in the three holes. Removed bracket and deburred, countersunk the four underlying holes.
Marked the A-710 stiffeners per the plans and got them gut into 32 individual segments before UPS Freight showed up with a big box. Typical trucking company handling, box took some end damage but no apparent damage to contents.
