Step 1 Deburred and clecoed F1006A+B+C+D. Drilled only A+C+D common holes to #30.
Step 2 Cut 12 J-channels to lengths per plans and marked.
Step 3 Trimmed ends to 45 degree and deburred.
Step 4 Marked rivet hole centerline to 5/16" and end mark 3/16" on each stiffener.

Step 1 Trimmed longerons to 98 1/8" Marked 20 11/16 and 7 7/16" Marked 15/32" and drilled pilot hole to #40 and final drilled 1/4". Removed material per plans and finished smooth.
Step 2+3 Bent longerons per plans instruction.
NOTE: Discovered holes drilled in wrong location on 8/14. Both longerons to be redone from new stock.
